Water Conservation Plumbing Fixtures
Ordinance Number 09-O-2561
On January 6, 2009 the City Council adopted the Water Conservation Plumbing Fixture Standards Water Efficient Landscaping Ordinance. The ordinance is effective beginning February 6, 2009.

Ordinance Requirements:
- Effective Date: February 6, 2009
- Applicable to new plumbing fixture installations and/or replacements on all properties.
- Required prior to change of ownership.
- Plumbing Permit is required.
- Affidavit must be submitted at the time of sale.
